  • Please contact us to ask about rates.
  • High season: New Years, January, February, Easter, Peruvian national holiday (days around July 28-29), school vacations in May and October (one week each).
  • Low season: rest of the year.  In these dates a reduced rate is offered.
  • In low season, a 10% discount on the reduced rate is offered for groups of 7-9 guests, and 20% for groups of up to 6 guests (not including nannies and kids less than 2 years old).
  • Reservations are confirmed with a 50% payment. The other 50% must be paid at the latest 15 days before arrival.
  • Cancellation policy: If booking is cancelled up to 15 days prior to arrival, payment will be returned minus a 10% administrative fee.  If booking is cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of total rate will be returned.
  • Minimum stay: 5 days in high season, 3 days in low season.
  • Payment method: wire transfer.
  •  Washing of bed linen and towels at the end of your stay.
  •  Daily cleaning of the house.
  •  Electricity and water.
  •  Cook from 8am to 5pm (you can pay her extra if she stays till later).
  •  Security 24 hours.
  • All food and beverages.
  • Toiletries (except 1 soap and 1 toilet paper which will be provided in each bathroom upon arrival).
  • Water is scarce.  Please use it moderately.
  • Please enter the pool without sand to keep the pumps from breaking (there is a shower to wash off sand).
  • Tap water is not drinkable.
  • Please treat the house as if it were yours.  Thank you!
